In order to allow users to do that in Kemiex, we have developed a monitoring system that reflects the business ethics of each company, to provide the necessary level of confidence.
The Kemiex behavioral rating ensures accountability of users’ behavior in the platform, by requesting feedback to both parties after each transaction. The questions are fact-based and cover the following topics: * Punctuality of delivery * Punctuality of payment * Quality of the product related to the agreed terms * Level of service during the transaction
The answers are collected and translated into the respective star rating which is shown throughout the platform. Feedback can result in a promotion, demotion or even exclusion from the platform, in case a certain level of compliance would not be reached anymore.
