Private Portals can typically be launched within a short implementation timeframe. The setup process covers configuring the portal under your domain, defining product categories and specifications, setting user access and permissions, and inviting your initial supplier group. Because the technology infrastructure is already provided by Kemiex, you can get started much faster than building a custom procurement platform from scratch, and suppliers can begin participating almost immediately after invitation.
No. Suppliers are invited directly by the Private Portal owner, so they do not pay any fees to participate. Once invited, they can submit quotations, share product information, and interact with your team through the portal at no cost. This invitation-based model ensures you maintain full control over your supplier network while keeping collaboration simple and frictionless for your trusted partners.
