During the market update, we shared insights from a survey involving nearly 150 customers to gain insight into the state of global ingredients trade. Following a challenging 2023 characterized by high inflation and interest rates, 2024 presented questions such as intensified trade disputes and geopolitical tensions, exacerbated by accidents, strikes and unforeseen disruptions.
