On May 27, 2025, the city of Barcelona hosted the XXIII Llotja de Cereals de la Mediterrània, once again gathering the region’s leading voices in the cereals, grains, and agricultural commodities sector.
Representing Kemiex at the event were Guillaume Roussel, Víctor Hernández, and Oriol Saludes, who joined producers, traders, feed manufacturers, and policymakers to exchange insights on the market trends shaping Mediterranean agriculture.
“Barcelona felt special this week. The day was full of meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and a shared excitement about where the commodities industry is headed.”
— Oriol Saludes, COO at Kemiex
Throughout the event, the Kemiex team connected with partners and new contacts, exchanging perspectives on price volatility, risk management, and how digital tools are reshaping procurement across the region.
Visitors were particularly interested in how Kemiex’s digital platform helps companies make smarter, faster trading decisions through real-time market intelligence and verified supply networks.

A Community of Collaboration
The historic venue provided the perfect setting for collaboration blending tradition with forward-looking innovation. Our discussions highlighted a shared goal: building a more transparent, connected commodities ecosystem that can adapt to ongoing global challenges.
We would like to share special thanks to:
- Oriol Saludes, Guillaume Roussel and Víctor from the Kemiex team
